Membership
Memberships are personal and start on the day you join. Bring your membership card to every visit.

Payments
Monthly plans are paid in advance on the same date each month. Class packs are paid up front and expire three months after purchase.

Cancelling and freezing
Cancel any time with no notice period; your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Freeze for up to one month a year at no cost.

Health and safety
Tell your coach about any injury or medical condition before you train. If you are unsure whether exercise is right for you, check with a doctor first.

Privacy
We collect only what we need to run your membership and reply to your messages. We never sell your data.
