01
Change the words
Double-click any text on the canvas and type. Headings use text styles (Hero, Display, Heading, Row, Title), so new text keeps the look.
The lime full stops after big headlines are just a second piece of text in the Lime colour. Delete them or move them.
02
Swap the photos
Select a photo layer (for example Photo inside Hero) and choose a new image in Fill. The hero photo fills the right-hand block on desktop and sits on top on phones, so keep your subject near the centre.
Use black-and-white photos to keep the look. Fill position (X and Y) keeps your subject in frame at every screen size.
03
Classes
CMS › Classes. One item per class: Name, Number, Summary, Image (4:5), Coach, Duration, Level, Times and Description. Order sets the order of the lists.
Every class gets its own page automatically. The Home list shows a photo when you hover a row; on phones the row simply links to the class.
04
Coaches
CMS › Coaches: Name, Role, Focus (the small tag on the photo), Image (4:5), Bio and Order.
05
Timetable
The timetable is a plain table on Home and on Classes. Each row is a time; click a cell to change the class or type a dash for no class. Edit both copies, or delete one.
06
Pricing
The plan cards on Home and Pricing are normal layers. Change the name, price and lines in place. The lime card is the highlighted plan; swap its fill to move the highlight.
07
Forms
The trial forms on Home and Contact send to Framer’s form submissions. Select a form and set where submissions go (email, Google Sheets or a webhook) in its settings.
The button has five states: Default, Pending, Success, Error and Incomplete. Change their labels in the Submit Button component.
08
Colours and fonts
Colours are colour styles: Black, Card, Ink, Soft, Mute, Line and Lime. Change Lime once and the accent changes everywhere.
Type uses Anton for headlines, JetBrains Mono for labels and Inter for body text.

Before you publish
Replace the address, email and phone in the Footer and on Contact, adapt the Legal page to your own terms, and set the site title, description and social image in Site Settings.
